Day 3 :-)

Today we started going trough the answers on the e-mails we sent out yesterday. Two people were happy to meet up/skype with us, and we'll be doing both of the interviews tomorrow.

One of them is working as head of communication in a non-profit organization called «Overskudsmad», and our goal for the interview is first and foremost to get an impression of his thoughts on the matter, as well as possible solutions to the challenge.

The other one is a girl who ate out of dumpsters in Aarhus for two weeks, and wrote an article about it for Vice. We'll talk to her about that specific experience and her view on dumpster diving in Denmark.

We hope that the interviews will give us more information on what matter we should base our idea on, and further insight into attitudes and legislation regarding food waste and dumpster diving i Denmark.

At the same time, we have tried to find people that could work as cases. As of today, most of the people we have found are doing dumpster diving in smaller or bigger groups. When we decide on a more specific matter, we'll try to get in touch with them and see if they could be interested in participating. We could have a hard time doing that, because most of them are posting online as anonymous users due to the fact that dumpster diving is seen as a bad thing among certain people, such as shop owners and workers.
