Day 4 :)

Day 4 :)

Today was a productive day. We went to the library to meet Jonas Emil. He is head of communication at Overskudsmad, a non-profit organization founded by the same people as Stof spild af mad. They are collecting left over food for shelters and poor people. The interview went very fluently and after it we went back to school. After we arrived at school we edited the interview and added the outcomes in the PowerPoint presentation. 

Jonas wasn't the only one we talked to. We also talked to Jackie Hong. Jackie Hong is a freelance journalist that wrote an article for Vice. She experienced eating out of dumpsters for two weeks. Jackie is actually from Canada, so we did the interview over Skype. It was really interesting because she could give us all the information that we deeded. 

We got some new findings by doing the interview. We discussed our plans with the teacher and he told us that we were on a good way. That gave us some extra energy! The only thing that is left now is finishing the PowerPoint presentation. After that we are ready for tomorrow.
