We have decided to further our research into the topic of dumpster diving and food waste, after reading the vice article we posted yesterday. We feel that these topics allows for a number of different entry points as well as being appealing to our young target audience. This idea is also easy to visualize TV concept. We are in the currently in the process of contacting possible interviewees with the intention of carrying out two interviewees. We have contacted:
- Blogger Ellen Linde, a young artist from Copenhagen who has a blog about dumpster diving in Copenhagen.
- The University Post, whom wrote an article about dumpster diving in Copenhagen, asking for the contact of the reporter
- An organization that recently published 'Madspild I Danmark' including statistics, this was published last month
- The Organization 'Stop spild af mad'
- A free lance journalist that wrote the original Vice article
- A 34 year old dane whom has a youtube channel documenting her dumpster diving
- A volunteer at a local food bank
- Managers of Local Netto and Local Fakta
